Remote Support
Remote Support is provided over a standard internet connection. If you can access the internet, you can use our remote support software.
The AAC Remote Support software does not install on your computer. It is downloaded and executed without installing any files or making any changes to your system. When the Remote Support session is ended, any temporary files are removed.
Please have your AAC Client number ready before beginning a Remote Support session.
